Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Me and my son went there for a reward. I like how they let you try a flavor before you get it. I got root beer. My son got cholocate cholocate chip. He liked his. And I enjoyed mine.

Good quality product. Service was/is ok. Staff needs to understand they have knowledge of the product far above the customer and need to be patient and explain how the product is put together well.

My whole family LOVES Rita’s!!! My daughter and I were so happy to see one open so we went this evening and arrived at 7:45pm, they close at 8:00pm so we thought we were good. We went they the little car line and waited for a min and saw the people inside of the windows, another car was there and they went to the window and the girl opened it real quick said “we’re closed” and slammed the window shut! So I went up there (another car pulled in behind me) she opened the window with a huge attitude and said “we’re closed” I said can you tell me the hours your open so I will know when to come? She said 12-8 so I said it’s only 7:50 so we still have 10 min and she said her manager gave her permission to close early cause no one was there 10 min ago and I said but there are 3 and another car pulled in so 4 cars here now and we still have 10 min. She yelled that they were closed and slammed the window again. She was rude and refused to serve me and the 3 other cars there because she wanted to leave 15 min early! Rita’s is our favorite so we will try again tomorrow but I hope the same girl is not there!!!

Great staff. The kids love their products

The ices are delicious, I don't go as often but, service is always top notch.
