I ordered 6 pizzas, 2 garlic bread orders for delivery...I paid over the phone and was told 30-45 minutes. I called back an hour and 20 minutes later and they told me I was marked for pick up. Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life....they tried to argue with me and tell me I was wrong. They said oh well we never charged the 2.99. I had to drive to get the pizza just so I didn’t lose money. Worst , worst worst company ever.
The delivery is always a good experience with delicious hot food and courteous drivers. We have been ordering every Saturday since the pandemic started and have great quality family time in the safety of our home . Don’t Forget to try the marble browny cake. It’s amazing.
I have no complaints about this Domino’s. Good had been good, deliveries prompt, and orders correct. I just wish Domino’s hadn’t changed their sauce recipe to “entice the older crowd.” Yes, in case you didn’t know their sauce used to be much spicier but they changed it to get the “over 50” people to order more. An FYI, they didn’t. Well, not enough to warrant the recipe change.

They was a little mixup on ly order and the young woman who was the Manager on Duty did an excellent job at correcting the issue and providing excellent customer care. Very Pleased and the pizza was yummy too!
