Always good and generous portions
I love getting La Ortolana's pizza and wings to go - the pizza flavor is pretty good and I particularly like the mild and hot sauces for their wings. One of my favorite places in the area.
In the beginning when I first started Ordering everything was great, amazing food good service! NOW ITS ABSOLUTELY NASTY! Today I ordered a chicken cheese steak and they put hot peppers on it and I didn’t ask for that, the garlic knots were beyond greasy and tasted old! They said it would take 45 min it took an 1hr 45 and I called to see where my food was she said the driver left along time ago, my food gets here and was cold nasty I’m absolutely disappointed and disgusted you want good food don’t order here terrible food and terrible customer service!!!
Walked in to employees not wearing masks correctly. Ordered pizza with sausage. Pizza was burnt and not fresh. Topping did not look like sausage more like bacon. Paid 9 dollars for 10 pieces of old refried disgusting calamari. Not worth the price. Only decent food were the wings.
