We dined in and we got there early. The service was great and so was the food.
Tried for the first time on a recommendation... They have a new app...I downloaded! A bit clunky but I was able to order a chicken cheesesteak with relative ease. Head scratch came when I chose takeout and was charged $1.50 'convenience' fee... The food was delicious and well portioned for the price...but...okay. beautiful
The food was great the service left much to be desired. Won't go back. Actually, a waitress that was not assigned to my table was outstanding. Hence I left her a tip equal to 50%.
Franco's is great. Louisa is great. Food and service was wonderful. One of the best Italian restaurants in the Dover area.
