What i love about Domino's is we ordered a pizza it took a little longer than normal but by the time i noticed it and was actually dialing the phone number to call and see where the pizza was the delivery driver literally pulled up so i put the phone down happily received my pizza and went on with my night and enjoyed the hot pizza.... approximately 30 mins after our pizza was delivered i received an email from Domino's saying they were less than happy about our experience and gave us 60 points to get another pizza .... absolutely free... Just like that i never complained and that's customer service when you can recognize good or bad service and correct before the customer can even say a word and for that you will always have my business!!! ...Thank you!!!
