Nancy Jo's Burgers and Fries

Great food, but 40 minutes in the drive thru with 5 cars in front of you Is terrible!

The food is what you would expect from Nancy's. My concern is the building itself. The roof seems to be oozing something and it looks like it's running into a vent. The cabinets appear very old and need replacing. Again... the food is top notch.

We had heard it was good so we thought we would try it. First of all, we could not order online because even though you are required to pay extra for cheese on a kids burger, you could not order it without. I’m sure most kids want it anyway but my daughter can’t have cheese so we had to call in our order. (It wasn’t about the money because I was more than happy to pay the extra for pickles, tomato’s and lettuce) After we picked up dinner, we realized that not only were 2 of the 3 burgers wrong but they were disgusting as well. Greasy, liquid soaked buns... nothing worth eating. The fries were also greasy and not cooked all the way. After picking at my for for a bit, I threw most of it away. Just save yourself the calories and find something else to eat.

First visit there, and food was good and plentiful! Had delicious bacon cheese burger and regular size fries. Recommend getting small size if only two of you, as it was WAY too much to eat!! Priced right.

Tonight I was excited to eat at Nancy’s again. I’ve enjoyed their burgers in the past and it’s great they offer so many options at a reasonable price. However, tonight I was very disappointed with the service. I ordered through the drive thru, special order on two sandwiches and I was very clear. I asked for them to please read back the order but they just named the sandwiches and did not include how everything that was requested on each. Maybe they’re too busy or don’t care to take the time to read back a $30 fast food order, and of course after their reaction to my request, I probably should have checked the order at the window for accuracy before driving away, but I was hungry and wanted to get it home to eat already. Unfortunately they got both sandwiches entirely wrong. I did not enjoy my experience this time.
