Pizza Capo

Best pizza I have ever had. Everything from scratch and the crust is perfect every time. The meatballs and house made sausage are fantastic. If you like things spicy you have to try the house made chili oil.

There are a lot of good pizza places in McMinnville but CAPO is taking it to a completely different level. The space is beautiful, the pizza is creative and delicious and the wine list has some great buys!nnIf you eat here, you will be happy!

Great pizza! Pizza Capo has created a menu of fresh pizza combos that are both flavorful and delicious. The crust is key here and the perfect balance of crisp and chewy. A dessert pie with the honey they have and confectioners sugar would be a great addition.

The pizza is amazing! Best gluten free crust I have ever had. They also have goat cheese as an option for anyone who can't have dairy which is also delicious. I have never found a pizza place that can accommodate both allergies, and do it so well.

Finding this gem in McMinnville made our trip and we’re already planning a time to come back and eat here with friends.nnThe meatball pizza is the shining star- literal perfection for a pizza. I also loved the Burratta appetizer on special and my glass of Pinot was excellent.nnDefinitely don’t skip a meal here.
