I love Local Flow Health Bars delicious smoothies and smoothie bowls. One time before I ordered, I told Heather that I had been eating a lot of junk food and asked her what kind of smoothie I should get. She made the perfect one for me! I love the personalized service!!! I also love that you can text in the order! They have a large variety of healthy goodies to fuel you up!!!

Good smoothies made with REAL fruit (but on the spendy side - $6-$7), friendly service, nice vibe. Unfortunately the juicer was out of order, hopefully next time.

Tried to go today, and they were closed at 1:15. Signs said open til 3. Super disappointed...

All the juices are fantastic. The smoothie bowls are delicious and so are the lunch bowls. It's all healthy and makes you feel good after you eat it.
