I am new to Delaware and it was important to me to find a CrossFit box “gym” that aligned with my fitness goals and personal values.nnCrossFit Dover is a well-equipped box with coaches who are committed to every member, your personal fitness goals, and overall wellness. After the initial pandemic, prior to re-opening, they put tremendous thought into the equipment lay-out, timing of classes, flow of the members between and during classes, equipment disinfectant, hygiene, and overall spacing for every workout. The attention to detail to maintain an aesthetically pleasing environment will put the most obsessive germophobe at ease. There are large locker rooms with clean showers and lockers.nCoaches scale workouts according to your ability and are supportive of the gym’s overall “mission”.nnThe mission? CrossFit Dover is far more than a place to work out. George, Brooke, Michael, and all the coaches are committed to each members, however all pledge to serve the community. They operate as role models and encourage members to support one-another in and outside the gym. They actively support regular fun events, as well as activities, which improve the neighborhood, and aid those in the community who are less fortunate.nnCheck them out, you will be impressed.

CFD is handling the pandemic in stride, with safe distances between members, clean facilities, and even temperature checking upon entrance.nnOutside of the top notch coaching I received, and the welcoming members - dropping into this gym has been a highlight of my stay here in DE.

CrossFit Dover is so wonderful! No matter what your fitness level, the coaches and athletes here make you feel comfortable and any of the workouts can be modified to accommodate a wide range of needs! You will not be disappointed!!!
