My husband and I just got memberships here. We love it. My main goal was to become healthier and I go as much as possible he does as well. Its very clean and love the fact its 24 hours so we go pretty late. Im already down 6 pounds in two weeks.

Best gym in Dover! Hands down. Esther the manager is so accommodating and always willing to fix any problems that occur. The personal trainers Chere and Elysia are so amazing. They will get you in shape in no time. Love the atmosphere here. Workers are very professional and so welcoming. Thank you all for you service.

WENT TO GO WORK OUT. YOU CAN USE EVERY OTHER MACHINE THAT IS NOT MARKED. I NOTICED THAT EVERYONE WAS WIPING DOWN THEIR OWN SPOTS BEFORE AND AFTER USING THE MACHINES. Way to go PF doe following the rules.
