One of the best workouts I've had! Great gym and friendly atmosphere. I did a drop in, but definitely thinking of becoming a member.

Always harrassed by the buff/fat staff member. Every time I would go in Dover gym he'd just find little things and come inform me on what not to do. Not going there again. If you're looking for a true gritty gym, The Training Center in new castle De is the place for you!!

Best gym in Delaware. Great members and great equipment. It’s a awesome experience and they even have really cool clothing for a great price that you can enjoy your workouts in. The owner is always there and willing to do anything to ensure the customers experience. Name a gym where you actually know the owner!!! The overall staff is awesome! Best gym I’ve ever been to in my life.
