From time to time, depends on the time of day, you are greeted and assisted by an employee (usually late afternoon/early evening). Great customer service and the sales are great as well. Prices aren't as bad as the stuff looks.

I love the pocket tees for girls. The are good quality shirts that last. I went in and was checked our by a very nice girl who had great customer service. I wish I got her name :)
