Rainbow Shops

This experience had nothing to do with me but I witness it today at the store. I was not going to do a review but it’s been bothering me. Let me first say the cashiers were just standing at the counter doing who knows what. This young lady waited patiently until they were finish doing whatever and a lady behind her went in front of her when the workers decided to tend to their customers. I seen the young lady and her daughter walk to the registered making it known she was first. The woman said something smart and words were exchanged. Now if the workers were paying attention they would see she was first in line. To be honest looks are deceiving and the young lady, I know her father and family which they could buy out the entire mall.The point of saying that is the customer service should be professional and careful of work ethic towards customers. You never know how much power and wealth or better yet who people are that come into your store.
