Great service and customer service is amazing and very quick and effeciant with everything.
They were a BIG help with my tires! From getting us the correct tire to working with us to get them all on, they were tops! Sean was a big help and got us rolling again. ud83dudc4d
Casey and Sean was beyond helpful. I initially only came in for an oil change. Ended up needing tires and a headlight, which was long over due. They had no problem price matching and providing exceptional service. I recommend them and was pleased with my service today.
We had a oil change appointment for 11 o’clock this morning and when my wife gets there they tell her they are a little behind and they would pull the car in within 30 minutes. Four hours later they finally finished the oil change. After they finally pulled the car in to do the oil change the technicians would walk around and take smoke Brakes instead of doing their job correctly. Which call my wife to have to sit there for four hours before the oil change was completed. That is ridiculous when you have a 11 o’clock appointment and you don’t get out of there till four hours later. I will not go back to the Dover Delaware pep boys Because you guys absolutely without a doubt suck.
Our experience with our salesperson HLO was the best experience since I have been going there he was very helpful and courteous. Practiced social distancing and wore his mask properly. Thank you HLO for the great experience.
