Horrible service. Took my cash vehicle as a trade plus $500 of a mom of 3, grandmother of 2. They sold me a lemon. The car broke down 3 times within the first 30 days. The car has been in their shop 3 times and still not rectified. They mentioned placing me in another vehicle. That was fine. Now they said to do the service all over AGAIN. I've been sitting in this bldg since 8 this morning..it is now 330. Nothing has been done. I've been without a vehicle for 2 days...no rental..no loaner vehicle. Nothing. Not sure how companies operate but, the one I work for..entails that I have a vehicle. I am on the verge of losing my job and this company does not care. Will never come here again !
Great car dealership love the fact that there's a Mazda dealership in Dover to get all of my services done for Mazda wonderful staff great sales associates and service writers they're always accurate with their numbers and assessments
