Hertrich's Capitol Mazda

These people tell lies they sold me a lemon. I brought a car from them in March of 2020 and I still haven't gotten anywhere. I took my car back the next day after purchasing it to let them know that something was wrong and they refuse to help me... I even talked to the salesperson that sold me the car Tina Majors you would think she will help... Wow, what a joke that was... I have been calling Brain T. For over 3 months and the dealership since the second day I purchase the car to no prevail.... I try and set something up to resolve the problem. I even had to hire a lawyer and Brian T. Just kept playing games... He never returns calls he did nothing... I have three warranty's on this car, and they refuse to honor their own 7/100000 warranty or any other warranties. I have no choice but to get a new car... I can't even drive it something is wrong with the front part of the car it shakes the car is hard to stop... I pay my car payments on time every month, and it just sits in the driveway... I'm just wasting money.... I learn my lesson ..... I will never buy anything else from them. Whatever you do please don't buy a car from these people they are crooks.

Jenn and her team were nice and made the process easy. I didn't leave with a car today but I will be back!!!

I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable employee. My write up for service was swift. I was led to a very clean and tidy waiting area. The seating was spaced apart for social Distancing. My wait was short and I was told of needed services but declined at that time. My car was finished and washed. I was led to the checkout cashier's window. My bill was paid and my car was parked out front of building for ease of access. Thank you Hertrich Teammates!

I first looked at the inventory online prior to visiting the dealership. Once I found a few Vehicles I scheduled an appointment with Jennifer Fowler. She was punctual and professional and worked hard to find a vehicle I would be happy with and in my price range. I enjoyed talking with her and she made the car buying process seamless and enjoyable. I recommend if you plan to buy a new car or are thinking about it to contact Hertrich Mazda and schedule an appointment with Jenn she will get you in the car you want with a price you are comfortable with.

The service department was courteous and friendly. Very helpful as well. Unfortunately I was having the guardian reapplied to my vehicle while it was there. This is usually not a problem but this time the wax was all over my vinyl trim and in other places it hadn’t been removed. This was only after I discovered it after it had rained and dirt was able to stick to the wax. I got to spend Memorial Day cleaning it off and redoing it myself.
