Wawa

I'm sorry to say, but the one star review is because of the horrible Wawa app. Driving home from work, I put an order in. The charge goes through. Then two items are marked as out of stock, and my money is refunded. However, I received no notification from the app. I arrive at the store, open the app which takes so long to log in then I'm already standing waiting for my order which I think is coming when the app finally loads. I then find out that my order was canceled 20 minutes before I walked in.nnMy other option would now be to order from the screens, instead of just grabbing my food and going home because that would have been convenient.nnThe app is now actually wasting my time, because I have to come here and complain both on the app, uninstall the app, leave a review, rather than enjoying my meal.nnThe staff here is great, the location is great, unfortunately your corporation has its head somewhere that I can't put in a review. Please tell them to fix it because it's giving your store a very bad name.nnThis, by the way, is only the third time I've even attempted to use the app. It's not as though I've used it a hundred times and this is the first time I've been inconvenienced.nnWawa bills itself as a restaurant... Clearly, it is not. I guess it's off to the McDonald's drive-thru, at least they don't make me wait 20 minutes to find out they ran out of buns.

The cashier Jacqueline was extremely polite and demonstrated fantastic customer service.

Everytime i walked into this store, there was a line to the back door from the registers, with just 1 register open!! You will not get in and out here!

Very friendly staff. The young lady who made my drink asked me to try it to make sure it tasted right since the recipe for my drink was recently changed.
