I am so appreciative of what I call the A team. As we approach 10 months into the pandemic this team has consistently brought smiles and consistency to our “ New Normal. Today, Sunday Nov 22, 20 at 9am I felt recharged with their courtesy!

got the order wrong..twice... then asked for our receipt...didn't give it back...like we were in the wrong.

I'm sure there are some beautiful units in the Irene, however the overall aestetic is pretty nasty. Dirty elevators, elevator doors will literally close on your arm. The lip of the pool has not been scrubbed probably since the 2000's and had a gnarly smell. But the ocean view from every unit is stunning, and the large space for storage/seating on the bay side of each unit is a great touch. If you're looking for luxury, you're in the wrong place. If you're looking to have a cheaper beach vacation with ocean views, this place will do just fine.

I think the reviews are just a reflection of the bad management this place has. I called in to confirm an order I placed management wasn't friendly. I send people to pick up my order with my order number that I had received on the app. The guy at the drive-thru was okay but he did not hear my order number right and kept saying the wrong order number, so I tried to clarify my order number to him. All of a sudden management came in and started saying they did not had any order for me. I tried to confirm my order number but she would just be VERY RUDE. I called in to see what had happened and the same management answered the phone after me explaining the issue instead of me being upset because she hadn't confirmed my order number. She started screaming at me LITERALLY screaming. Sorry but I just had to hang up this call. I don't understand how can a person with such a bad temperament can manage a place. I used to prefer this place instead of other closer McDonald's, but not anymore DEFINITELY WON'T BE RETURNING TO THIS HORRIBLE MANAGED PLACE.
