McDonald's

They were really busy and some other customers asked to complain to the manager about the second drive through lane closing. I wish they were more understanding of the situation. The staff was really kind and kept checking in with us to let us know the status of our order. The manager was very nice to the customers and quickly got back to the incoming orders. I was super excited to get fresh french fries. The manager and her team are doing a great job!

The only thing here is that People jump the line in the drive thru.. and block other patrons from. Going around the building to park or exit... food has always been on point and very good and consistent.. no complaints....

I’ve pretty much always had bad experiences. It’s a shame it’s the closest one. I’ll travel to the one in North Dover just to avoid this one. Don’t come here at night and expect to ever get through the drive through. Even if there’s hardly anyone there ordering. I’ve left the line on 3 occasions after 15mins of waiting in the same spot. Food from here is terrible. Burgers almost always taste like bathroom soap smells, and fries are mushy and over salted. Could probably do with a corporate overhaul. Zero stars if I could.

Employees don't really seem to care if the food is good or not. Sometimes I get good food. Sometimes its kinda not very good. Sometimes it's just terrible. I only go there for the kids every once in a while. I regret it almost every time. McDonald's certainly is not the same as it was when I was a kid. Sigh

Would give zero stars if I could. It’s always something at this McDonald. It’s right near my house so super convenient but everytime I go things are completely wrong or wildly off. This time I got my children happy meals. I open one and the boxes right after I off and the apples has been open and only one apple is left. Really? So the apples you were snacking on you threw in my kids box? In the middle of a pandemic??? Please avoid at all cost.
