If you want to pay a lot of fees this is your bank. Calling their customer service number is a complete waste of time. Every call is met with curt and rude people. They seem to think they are doing you a favor by being a customer. 455.00 unfounded overdraft charges in 10 months!!!! We are retired and are not interested in them keeping our money. They started doing a 15.00 service charge with no prior notice. Just implemented it. We went inside to close account and not once did they ask us why. 455.00 in overdraft charges? This bank seems like it can just do whatever they want with YOUR money.
Horrible customer service. Teller (Haley) had an awful attitude and basically told me to go f myself.
The worst customer service on the planet. Applied for an SBA loan for my business. Well so I thought. The person helping us had us apply for something else. Not even a call back after 2 weeks.
I was inline at the drive thru last night and when it was my turn they said they were closed.nI called the 800 number and no one returned my call.nI can only hope TD Bank treats its employees as shamefully as its employees treats the customer.
They came out as the bank with the best hours now they close at 4pm when people are still trying to get off of work and get to them with only 1 branch open in Dover and they wanna charge you for not using their ATM. Not Good
