I called this location right times and no one answered the phone. I couldn't ask a simple question very bad customer service.
If I could give more stars than I would. Sherri Walls is a huge asset to this branch and is always prompt in returning emails and phone calls. One time she even came off of her break early to help me. That truly meant a lot to me and showed me that she cared about her customers.
Absolutely useless, ignorant, and uninformed tellers who don’t give a damn about their clients. Worst WF branch I’ve ever dealt with, and most are hopeless as it is.
Dover federals atm was down so we went here. We received counterfeit money. They would not refund us the money they are just stealing. Will never return again after they were so rude to my wife and did not care about what happened and couldn't offer any help.
Would give a lower rating if I could. Was waiting and the banker in corner office didn’t ask who was next. Proceeded to bring in a man who came in way after I did. Worst service ever and now I been here longer due to her error. Hate this branch.
