The teller Michelle has the best customer service ever!
Bank places six day holds on payroll checks for new accounts for 30 days. Even when told you will be closing your account they still will not decrease the hold even by one day.nnIf I had been told this information in detail I would never have opened an account. If you file a complaint do so with the Federal Reserve and not within M&T.
Ridiculous charge to cash a check there without an account!!!! Robbery!!
