I don't know Mark's last name but he was wonderful to work with. From the very first phone call, to giving me information, directions to the facility, to helping me with all the important details and getting me signed up. He was so pleasant and nice to an old lady, like me! Thank you, Mark and DE Storage for helping keep my valuables save. Just saw Mark's last name...could never pronounce it but it's Zaffarano! He's the best.
It is our first time using a storage facility and I am glad we chose DE Storage. Management is friendly and very helpful. The units are clean and well maintained. I recommend to anyone looking for a facility that is clean, reasonably priced, and well-run.
This is a nice, well-run facility at pretty reasonable prices. They have regular storage and climate controlled storage. The place is always clean and well maintained. The management here communicates well and is reasonable to deal with. I'd recommend it.
No problems with the facilities. I have rented two units here for two years and I have never needed to contact the management about any problems with the facilities. The gate is always closed when I arrive, the motion sensors work for the lights in my building, the climate always seems to be controlled and I have never seen any garbage or spills, which needed to be reported. Overall this is a very well maintained location, which you do not always find at other storage facilities and the staff are always very helpful.
Pleasant, helpful staff. Clean, dry units. Convenient central location.nI had a reservation that fell through (broker's error). Woman at office was kind and helped me to find one with a different company even though the office had no walk-ups due to covid19.nLow availability everywhere due to effects of crisis, but start here; these are good folks.
