Capriotti's Sandwich Shop

I would give zero stars if possible but that's not an option! I spent $38.00 on subs for family who came in from out of state they wanted Capriotti's. The sub roll was literally SO HARD that my daughter in law choked on it! Called and spoke to a manager all he could offer was to replace the subs. Why would I want to get another sub or anything else from this restaurant? Bad customer service all around no apology or anything!

I've are Cap's all over delmarva and never had a bad sub but I've had 2 from here that were awful. They use different rolls here that no other one uses that just tastes like wonder bread and the cold cut meat isn't cold.

By far the worst italian hoagie I've ever had. There's nothing on this. 1 slice of cheese and 2 slices of meat.... For 12 bucks....Certainly no weight for a 12 dollar sandwich. Feels like I'm holding an empty roll. Try any place else, it can't be worse than this place.

My son said “wow, you know the meat is nasty if Dad’s not eating it.” Parts-is-parts. Salad was good, but again...the processed chicken on top was NOT. Bummer! The guy at the front was nice though!

Cooks consistently do not wear masks appropriately, noses not covered. Need better fitting masks. And they have a sign saying customers must wear mask covering nose and mouth for service!
