Have ordered at least once a week from Romanos since they opened their restaurant (for delivery). Was told today we are too far away to deliver. We are across from the new Bayhealth Campus. Our tips for drivers have always been $20 minimum. Their drivers were always gracious and appreciative. The female manager I spoke to this evening could have cared less and hung up on me. Obviously they have enough customers and don’t need our business. THEIR LOSS
I order from Romano's a few times a week because they have a wide variety of great food. Delivery and drivers are always great. Cheese steaks, buffalo chicken salad or tenders and even Mexican street Taco's and dishes. While also making a good pizza. All around great place ud83dudc4cud83cudffcud83dudc4cud83cudffc
They have the BEST pizza in town! Their Stromboli is the best in lower Delaware!
Food was good, but pizza was a little too salty. Vegetable pizza was great.
Let me first say, the food is good and so is the price. However, I’ve ordered the chicken Gyro twice as I don’t care for lamb. BOTH times they sent out lamb. Both times it’s the same RUDE receptionist taking the orders. She insisted that we didn’t specify chicken. There were three people in the room when we ordered and we all heard chicken gyro. She continued being rude and told us she would have the order remade but she wasn’t sending her driver out for one item. YOU MESSED IT UP, not us. So our options were pick it up or take a credit. I took the credit, but I have serious reservations ordering again. Good food or not, your customer service is lousy and she needs to learn to listen and be polite and not argue with customers.
