We were very pleased with the Smith and Company's exterior painting of our home. Parker Smith was great to work with. He answered emails and texts quickly, was professional and thorough, and alerted us when the crew or equipment would be arriving. Painters Rene, Edgar, and Freddie had excellent painting skills, were conscientious, quiet, and neat. They communicated with us about details of the painting. Clean-up at project completion was very good. They took good care of the plants next to our house. Tammy who runs the company's office was very competent, friendly, and efficient. Professional service all the way around! Thanks. It was great to work with a local company.
Parker Smith and the painters were amazing. The painters drove 50-60 miles each day, arriving at 7:30 A.M. and leaving around 3:30 P.M. They cleaned up their work area each day before leaving. The quality of the exterior house painting was excellent. The painters completed our project in 5 days. The painters were polite, friendly, and professional. We will definitely contact them again for all of our painting projects. Highly recommend Smith and Company Painting!!
Both Parker and Tammy were awesome to work with. They always got back to me quickly. And even though there were several days the crew were unable to work due to smoke/air quality, they were super good about keeping us in the loop. Would definitely use them again!!
It was a genuine pleasure to work with the entire team at Smith and Company - Rene, Freddie, Tammy and Parker. One of the truly professional experiences I have had in Oregon, which is not always the case. After an extensive consultation/estimate process, I got a clear well written contract for preparing/painting my entire house and separate garage. They were able to start my job a month early; Rene and Freddie arrived on time every time, were respectful of my special requests, worked steadily, cleaned up daily and handled some picky details skillfully. In addition, they were careful of my plants/gardens, which is rarely the case. And their final cleanup was exceptionally done.nCommunication was almost always responsive and helpful. Since they have just completed the work I can't speak to the durability of the paint they recommended or the job that was done, but I don't expect any problems. I would recommend you consider them for your next project.
We are so impressed with the care and attention to detail we witnessed by the crew of professionals who painted the exterior of our home. Initially, there was considerable amount of preparation: replacement of old and damaged siding, as well as replacement of weakened deck boards. Each employee was diligent: Andreas, Pedro, Felipe, and Rene (perhaps I missed someone?!). On a personal level, we found much in common and enjoyed our conversations!
