Rite Aid

Went in to buy pain meds. Found on sale bogo deal. Got to cashier at front of store..yea first mistake cuz service at pharmacy cashier is always good..but I picked up bag of candy so was at front. Item rang up as full charge, not bogo. She insisted I owe for 2 at regular price. She calls for help and that person was snippy and having trouble figuring out I was due back $$. Finally she got it but didnt apologize for the confusion. I use the drive up for pharmacy and always pleased with service. Not so much inside.

They are always quick, courteous and friendly! The pharmacy staff knows who I am when I come in. The register people are always great. If this isn't your pharmacy I suggest you switch!

The pharmacy is super slow, had to order my med twice, still didnt come, had to substitute with another drug, and was bent out of shape when I was annoyed and asked for refills to be sent to my local Walgreens..no more Rite Aid Milford De for me..they suck

The pharmacy staff is always very helpful and friendly. I actually changed pharmacies because of them. The is always clean and well stocked. Everyone is very friendly

Love the staff. They are always friendly and very helpful. The pharmacist even knows us by name. You don't get customer service like this anymore.
