This store needs to get competent associates to work in the pharmacy department. Trying to fill a prescription for my son and called the prescription in on Thursday morning, went to pick it up Thursday evening was told they had to order it and it would be there the next day. Went the ne t day was told they hadn't received it yet, but that it would either be in later that day or the next morning and to call them later to see if they received it. Called later and then was told it wouldn't be in for another week, but their Dover location had it in stock, asked if they could transfer it to them was told they couldn't because it was a controlled substance. Asked if they could get the prescription sent from Dover to them, waa told no. I was then told the only thing that could be done was to have the doctor call it in to the Dover location. I told them it was 6 o'clock on Friday, my doctor wouldn't be able to do that till Monday as they were closed now for the weekend. If they had told me at 1 o'clock when I had check on the script, I could of had the doctor call it over to the Dover store today. As it stands now my son who is autistic will have to be without his medicine for the weekend. I am transferring all my scripts to another pharmacy.

By far the most outstanding customer service by the women and black haired Male manager ever. The store is kept clean and always smiles on the employees faces. A woman up front also explained how I can get the biggest bang for my buck. Never shopped at CVS before, but has become my new go to now.

I was in a hurry however sales associate quickly and efficiently ensured that I received a savings card to obtain store discounts. Thank you CVS!

It may be faster to drive there and talk to them rather than call. The Rite Aid in downtown Milford is closing (not happy with that!) and CVS took that business so I was on hold for 35 minutes. I hung up and called later where I was on hold for 20 minutes. Then they told me my doctor wasn't licensed in South Carolina. That's good because he is in Virginia. Only the pharmacist can change that. I get that, but how did they get SC to begin with?nnUpdate 7/2020nThe pharmacist was not wearing a mask during COVID. A pharmacy tech was inappropriately wearing hers walking all around the pharmacy area. When I pointed it out, the other tech laughed. CDC says that ALL PHARMACY employees should wear masks when on premises.nnI can't count the number of times they tried to fill prescriptions that if we weren't paying attention could have killed us! It's been at least 8 or 10 times!

Great pharmacy service. They usally text me that a script is ready for pickup while I am driving home from the doctor's office. Remarkable.
