In the past 6 weeks the service level at the drive in window has been horrible. Today I sat while the rep was obviously on a personal call. Really at the drive in window? Very poor.

I never had a negative experience when I ask for help the staff does help. However I have never used the pharmacy. The deals are good - I usually get my vitamins here because buy one get one free.

Poorly managed to me. Every time I go to purchase something that is OTC over the counter, it's not marked in the computer as such.This particular site doesn't seem to care to if customers save. Time for me to drive a little further for better service.

I wasn't going to do this but the other reviews are saying the same thing. I've been here twice today. My prescription is still not ready. Boo on you Walgreens. You had my business for a long time but now I'm switching.
