John was very professional and promptly came as he said he would. Came to me and did repair while I waited in the comfort of my own home. Did requested work at the exact quoted price and time frame. If I could give 10 stars to John I would. Came three times to my motorhome.nFirst to look at it and then to check that all the parts arrived correctly and then returned to install my new Sumo Springs. Wonderful communication and work ethic.

After driving 6 hours of an 8 hour drive thru several states....having a serpentine belt come off track (on a Ford Expedition) and breaking down less than 2 hours away from home was the last thing on my mind. And to add insult to injury doing so about 10 minutes after most shops closed up for the day. **ENTER INTO THE PICTURE: John and Master Automotive Diagnostics** After giving John a run down of my problem over the phone, he was able to quickly troubleshoot the problem to include identifying the root cause (a bad tensioner), call several stores to confirm availability of parts and provided SUPERIOR & QUALITY service. Not only was the service quick (considering working away from the comforts of a garage) but it was thorough, cost efficient, affordable and above all else, his customer service and communication skills were unparalleled. He was able to ease ALL worries, fears, and concerns within 10 mins of talking with him. He reassured me that I'd be home with my family within no time and that was warmly felt and received. I hope to never break down on the road again but he is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and the FIRST call to make for anyone needing car repairs or is stranded on the road.
