So far my experience is wonderful. Professional and down to earth. We have a major issue with our camper and they are willing to take it on. The fact that he is so willing to help us with our ramp door to our toy hauler, I cannot thank them enough. The dealer, manufacturer and other service departments refused leaving us stranded. I am thrilled to know that I now have a repair person for any future issues.
John is a good technician but customer service is not his strong suit. We asked his help to correct a problem with the levelers on our motorhome. He did come out 2 weeks ago and believes there's a faulty part that he would have to order. The same part he replaced 2 years ago. Since then we have followed up repeatedly by phone, e-mail and text to get a status on the order. He has not responded in any fashion. If you're that busy, get some help. And this is not the first time we've tried to reach John for service or follow up and found that he is VERY slow to respond. . So now we don't know whether to put our RV to bed for the winter without the repair or not. C'mon John, let us know what's going on. Word travels fast in the RV community.
John is an amazing guy. Super knowledgeable and incredibly efficient when it came to the electronics in our travel trailer. Hands down the best service I’ve had! We called spur of the moment on a Friday afternoon and were greeted less than 2 hours later. Amazing!
