I've had the pleasure of dealing with Napa in a several states from a commercial perspective. These guys are by far the most engaged , helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable team I've dealt with of them all without question.nnIt's a competitive market in Milford specifically for what these guys do. I'm not as concerned with price as retail folks, but I gotta say I have no qualms or gripes with their pricing at all.nnAvailability? If these guys have it or can get it....they get it very quickly. Rare you call a parts house that is apologetic about you having to wait a day for some random piece.nnAre there other choices? Sure. In Milford can't say I'd avoid any of them. I start here and 9/10 times it ends there with what I need fast, great price and they helped me navigate the choices.

6 people in the store - not one was wearing a mask. Will take my business where they respect the health of the community.
Great bunch of guys very helpful, they dont talk down to us ladies or try sell you stuff you need...very respectful
