Do not get a vehicle from addington. I wish i wated and looked somewhere else. I got my last car from them 5 years ago at 72 thousand miles ran good no issues what so ever. Now i dont know if someone else brought the company but their vehicles are trash. When i got my 2013 equinox it was making a weird noise and that it doesnt shift gears a week after i got it and i called then and told them their maintenance guy said that how the new model vehicles are meant for the engine so you dont hear it shift in gears. So a week after that my car started to shake and i called them again the guy i spoke to up an left/quit and then on top of that he never serviced the car before i got it like he was suppose to. i never got to make my first payment before they telling me that they have to replace the engine so they had my vehicle for almost a month and when i picked it up i was told there was a new engine placed in the vehicle. i recently drove my self to the place because now my car is shaking and cuts off at stop lights and stop signs. Jackie who works at addington acts as if she has no idea what is going on as if i haven't been keeping her posted on this for the past month about the vehicle. jackie will not return phone calls and she is not helpful in anything. i was also told that if i got rental i would get reimburse for what i spent on a rental they would submit it to the company they deal with well come to find out i spend $400 they only gave me back $90 because they only cover 3 days $30 a day in the warranty something i was never told. now due to because the engine will have to be replaced which means they will keep my car again for who knows how long and kick out more money for a rental. They were never like this years ago they take and have trash now do not waste your time and money if i can help someone i hope i did shop somewhere else for your vehicle. And in order for me to post this i have to give 1 star they deserve no star!!!!! they should be shut down

They have very nice clean cars and really go all out to get you into the car you want.The staff are real nice also.

Addington in Milford is straight TERRIBLE! They may seem nice, but, they are rude. Especially Cindy. My mother told me not to go here, I went in and did the credit check, American Finance denied me because of a volunteer repossession back in 2015-16 and I asked could I use another co-signer they said NO. Then, there cars does not last long, I should of listened to my mom when she said there cars are JUNK! because they drive and run good for just a matter of time, then quit on you. Someone financed a car from them and her transmission went up not to long after, I will NEVER return to them. Go to somewhere else. Terrible cars, staff are not as great either. They even know who I am. Yeah, never again and I would not even recommend them at all. I was 18 and I needed a co-signer because of my age, then, I asked for to return and try again by myself at 19 which is now, and they said NO. I don't even care, worst experience. They even got my hopes up, gave me keys to look at the car, and all. Then unfortunately denied and now I can't come back. Wow, just wow.

Bought 2 cars from them Cindy is a con she talks real nice whoever the get to fix there accident cars are really good but if u give it 6 months to a year it will show it was in a accident which they of course will never tell you lie and say it is a good car. Please don't go to R Addington
