McDonald's

Now I am a generally satisfied person. It hard to get me to leave a bad review but this was the worst fast food experience ever! I stopped the Friday before halloween at around 8 pm. My family and I were on our way to PA with a 3 hour drive ahead and wanted to stop for something to eat. First off, This place reeked of terrible customer service. The girl taking my order was rude. When I pulled up to the window, it was a little better but still bad. I got my order and was out of there. We didn't get any straws which was a pain because we were on the road. The fries were way too salty. I mean I can do salty but not too the point where I feel like I'm going to be sick. We ordered 2 large fries and a medium fry but got 2 medium fries and a small. I don't know what they were doing but clearly management doesn't care. I used to enjoy this McDonald's. It's sad.

Went there today using the app. The app failed but I didn’t noticed until after I paid. I brought it up at the drive though but the lady wasn’t so concerned about it. So I simply asked for my money back. Which she couldn’t get the manager or do herself and had me go to the next window to re explain everything. Gave it three stars bc how the second guy handle it. No argument, just a refund and offered for me to keep the food. Which I found more then acceptable and would come back now. Not sure what the lady issue was but he was more then willing to go the extra mile. I appreciate that. I would come back because how he handle it.

Service is good. The food not so much. Either the fries we got were old or the oil needed changing. Either way they were in a word nasty. The McChicken had old lettuce on it. Definitely not going back anytime soon.

Milk shake, fries and a 1/4 lbs. burger. This is the 1st time in about 35 yrs that I'd been to a McD. The fries were nothing like I recall. The burger had that heat lamp texture. The shake was ok. I might try them in another 35 yrs...

A little slow, but the food isn't that bad for a McDonald's! We had a little of a problem though. The lady dropped our food and ran in the back to replace it. The bag ripped. It was an accident, and the lady was so cool about it and everything went smoothly after that.
