This review is for the DFCU Milford branch. They can improve customer service. The manager was polite and worked with my situation but there are a couple employees that don't care what happens to the customer when there is a dispute. Maybe they will improve in the future with all the complaints other people including myself had with that branch. I still preferring to conduct business at the Dover branch.
Great bank. Very personal experience. Ask them anything and you will get an answer that is easy to understand and useful. A credit union is a very different experience than a bank. You are PART of the credit union!

Incompetent employees. Make every tiny service into something extremely difficult.
Make everything so difficult to do. The options they have not good at all.
