Amazing place where you do not feel out of place, the owner is an amazing person, good vibes and each lasy is always helping to support, push and encourage one another

I can not stress enough how wonderful the ladies here are. The instructors and the other classmates are so helpful. It was intimidating at first but after just 2 classes I felt so welcome.

Love going here! Gigi is makes you feel comfortable and always gives you a good laugh.

Gigi is a very special lady, she always push you to do better and her gym is awesome with good environment and people who don't judge you for who you are go visit and become the fierce women you have always wanted to be. Is a 5 stars from me. Rosy.
