I owe it to Jim and his staff to state how happy we are with their work and all they have done for us.nnI needed a bedside panel replaced on my 2017 pickup and it’s specialty work. They are aluminum certified and the work was flawless.nnJim and his staff went above and beyond. I couldn’t be happier.

I was in a side impact collision on Valentines Day of this year. The other persons insurance recommended Hertrichs. I just wanted my car fixed as quickly as possible so went with their recommendation. I am extremely pleased and impressed with the entire Collision center. Jim never over-promised, but absolutely over delivered! He told me initially to expect about a month. They had my car done in exactly 3 weeks! With each call, Jim kept me updated and at ease with the process. I just picked up my car and they even had it detailed! Highly recommend Jim, and the entire team at Hertrichs Collision!
