Hertrich Ford Lincoln

I am very disappointed in this dealership! My boyfriend and I were in process of working with a salesman drove down from Newark To see a car we were very interested in buying. We liked it emailed and were in process of doing credit application and even putting 1/2 down on a mustang. My boyfriend took 1/2 a day at his job doing credit application and talking to salesman and myself with our information. We thought mustang was ours and was very excited!! Also said we would be down Tuesday today to pick car up!!!! We get a email same day at 4:30 telling us that mustang was sold to someone else!!!!nAre u kidding me!! Who does that!!! Rude after they had all our information and after almost a week talking to guy about this car making trip down to see it not even driving it and wanting it!!! Wow!!! I would not buy or recommend them to anyone!!nThank you for your disappointment!! We loved that car!!!

After consideration, I must say excellent. Beth of customer service greeted me with much consideration as usual. Beth was able to fit my truck in a day early for service. As the engine light was on. During service the excellent mechanics were able to fix the problem. They even found that the problem was serviceable under warranty. Therefore my service was fixed perfectly and did not cost me anything. How wonderful.nMy highest regards to Beth and the mechanics at Hertrich Ford. I can hardly wait until It is time to purchase my next truck. I am sure it will be a Hertrich vehicle.nMany thanks; Stan Walls

I scheduled an appointment to have new wheels and tires put on my truck yesterday. There was a miscommunication between myself and who scheduled the appointment a week prior and I was pretty upset. I went in to pick up my truck and Holly took care of me and made sure all my needs were met to my expectations. I was very relieved and will continue to service my vehicles here. EXCELLENT customer service!!!

My mother needed a car after her old lease ran out. Kurt, Jr and Mike were great! We got a sweet car (with way more options than we expected) that totally stayed within our budget. We drove 1 1/2 hour to go here and it was well worth the drive.

Hertrich's Sevice Department was amazing in our time of need. My wife was in Lewes DE waiting for her 3 girlfriends to arrive for a day at the beach. On their way the power steering went out on their Ford Explorer. The power steering had just been replaced at a local dealership in Lititz PA, the week before. After calling her husband who recommended taking the car the next morning to a local dealership, we called the closest which was in Rehoboth. Sadly the service manager, at that dealership was of no assistance and told us there was no way they could take a look at our vehicle. Not knowing whether it was just a matter of resetting something in the computer of the car, or a greater mechanical issue, she recommended that we go to a local garage to have them check.nAfter consulting with the local dealership that replaced the power steering, we decided to seek out another Ford dealership, Hertrich's, in Milford.nMy wife called and spoke with Beth in service. After explaining our situation, Beth said if we brought the vehicle in at 9:30 that morning they could take a look at it. She also recommended that we have the invoice for the work done at the local dealership sent to them so they could see what was done. By the time they arrived at Hertrich's which was 35 min from our location, Beth had the invoice in her hands.nAt 11, the car was taken back, and by noon Beth came out to the waiting area, and said we were ready to go. They quickly diagnosed that the power steering module had not been reprogrammed and the power steering shut off after driving 200 miles. Beth also told us that our local dealership was covering the cost of their fee for the morning. We were able to salvage our beach day and while on the beach that afternoon, received a call form our local dealership, Keller Bros. Ford in Lititz, apologizing for their oversight, and said he would be sending a check for $150 to the vehicle owner for the inconvenience.nI cannot thank the professionalism and service of Hertrich's, especially, Beth, and our local dealership enough. They epitomize the understanding of outstanding service, integrity, and honesty!
