My 2008 car kaput on me 1 day ago, we went to auto gallery and was greeted with gentlemen named jay, automatically I felt not like a customer but a friend of his right off the bat. I told him what was going on, he asked what my budget was. Told him, I looked at 2 cars and he was honest with me about both cars. He knew everything !! Went inside did paper work and I was about to the with the car!!! And everyone else inside that were sales men and woman were so caring and talked to me and my husband as if we were old friends. I would recommend auto gallery to anyone !!! Ask for jay when you are there! He is amazing!!! Thank you again auto gallery and Mr. jay!!!

I was sceptical to buy a used car from a small dealership. I always bought from the big guys.nBut these guys had the exact car I was looking for. And it was in better condition/ perfect than they said it was. The experience was stellar right from the beginning. Jason was my salesman and he was on point thru it all.nThey didnt even hesitate to let me take the Forester to my local mechanic to check it out for me. The only thing we found wrong was a tire sensor and low on freon. It was fixed immediately. No problems and hastle free. Believe it or not but this was one of the best buying experiences I've ever had buying a car. They are worth checking out if you're in the market for a vehicle.

Definitely wouldn't recommend ever buying a car from them. They sold me a car with more than $3000 worth of damage and refused to help fix it any of it. Starts with them telling me they will make sure the back up camera gets replaced after I tested drove the car because I got nothing but a blue screen when going into reverse (employee lied and said he drove the car himself couple days before and never noticed it, which is nearly impossible to miss the display screen turning bright blue)but got the run around trying to get that fixed after they said they would. Next noticed a issue with the air ride suspension light coming on two days after having it in my possession. Brought the car back to have them look at it multiple times. I have no clue what their tech did but the final time they looked at my car my air ride suspension completely stopped lifting automatically(they wouldn't take ownership for the mistake) and it felt like a trampoline any time I hit a bump but according to Rocky it was still safe to drive with my fender sitting less than 2 inches above the wheel and my front end scrapping the ground with any incline or bump, not sure how or where he thought that was safe. Never offered any kind of extended warranty until after another manager asked if he even offered it to me at purchase. Took my car to hyundai to get properly fixed, it cost me $2600 for the suspension and $1030 to fix the back up camera! I won't include the price of tires and alignment I needed as well from the fender rubbing and bouncing on the wheels. They don't care about the customers here they are just care about filling their own pockets!

I stop by at 3 and tell mike the sales man I want this car . then tell him IL be back in 30 minutes with the wife he says alright come on back ... So when i call 30 minutes later and say im 10 minutes away someone else say o he is signing the papaers to someone right now... Save your time
