I have had a difficult time dealing with this establishment ...I was rushed through a sale...nWhen i got there they showed me one car and expected me to purchase it , I asked to see more cars and set my mind on a Ford Fusion...3 weeks into the ownership the car failed coming home from work..nAfter service having it for two days where i had to track down information by phone ,no one calling me ...i was left to get information from the receptionist that i would need to take it to a ford service ...and they said thank goodness that i purchased a warranty...my thoughts are this, if you didnt have the correct tools to find out what is wrong ,how could you sell it as working??? The issue is in the voltage but i needed to lose work and provide my own towing after only having it just over 3 weeks...nPoor customer service ...nI blame myself for buying from them ...This happy experience turned out to be a very bad decision on my part..nNo more Holly Kia, I will let everyone i run into not to purchase any car from them.
