Killens Pond State Park Campground Entrance

Large spaces and quiet. Also very shady campsites

The latest in my attempt to try all the DE State Park Camp Grounds, Killens Pond last weekend was great! I went early in the season, and alone (with my dog) so I didn't have the opportunity to go in the nature center, there was no boat rental, etc, but the views are AMAZING. The campground is well laid out, where I was in the community but also we weren't on top of each other or too close. Trails were well maintained, there were some good loops and overlaps that meant we could hike all day.

Love camping here. Every Halloween they have events. Great place for the kids!

My family and I loved it here! The cabin was perfect. The waterpark was fairly inexpensive given how big it is. The staff, lifeguards, and office staff were all awesome. Thanks for making our mini getaway the best ever!

Cool camping spot in a state park but they need to enforce their quiet time policy harder. A group camping near us stayed up literally yelling until 3am. Looking back I should have called the park and asked a ranger to come out.
