I love this place and I'm so grateful it's nearby! You'd be really surprised by the great selection for a convenience store, and it's so clean and organized in a really intuitive way. They have my favorite salsa (Desert Pepper Salsa Diablo), a wide variety of LaCroix, fun cheeses, and a lot of high-quality essentials you wouldn't necessary expect for a corner store (milk, eggs, avocados, onions, pasta, soups, etc.). In these strange times when grocery shopping is complicated, I'm grateful to have this place nearby - it's never crowded and an easy place to pick up random things you need. And the prices are reasonable. On top of that, the staff is always really kind and helpful. Thank you City Corner Mart!

I sent my son to the store to buy a onion , they are only a dollar there so it’s convenient. My son comes back in a hase and says the man told him $10 for a onion ! So I walked down and walked into the store to asked him why did he tried to charge my son $10 for the onion and he then began to say that my son and two other boys came in the store and was making trouble . I asked him three times was it my son he said yes then I asked him so were they stealing he said no I said did they vandalized your store he said no so then I say well what were they doing and he says making trouble and the next time I’m calling the police! He said you as a parent should listen I don’t want your son back in my store . I said fine well after I buy this onion I won’t come back in your store either he then says well you can leave now so I Proceeded to walk out and then he says come back so we can talk about it so then I replied by saying “if you want to talk about it you just told me to get out of your store” he replied by saying “ I didn’t tell you to get out but I told you you could leave” so I just left! I can’t do anything but make a post and Hope that one day black children won’t have to face things like this in their own community! My son was told he would have the police called on him for making trouble yet he didn’t vandalize , steal or harm anyone .
