We've had a fantastic experience with this Extra Space location. Had to do an expedited partial move due to stressful house issues and this was the least stressful part of the whole process. Taylor was extremely helpful in getting us situated and was flexible in providing the resources we needed to make our move efficient. Facility is very clean and everyone wore masks. Will certainly use this service again.
I wanted to take the time out to share the wonderful experience and to thank Crystal for great customer service today, she was a delight to work with, her bubbly personality was awsome, she took the time not only to help with my payment but, also her knowledge with store policy and products, she informed me I was eligible for the seniors discount after telling her that I sometimes forget things, which tells me she was really listening to me and was intune to what I was saying, her patience and her customer service was outstanding and a pleasure to work with.ud83dudc4d And with so much going on with Covid19, social distancing people just don't understand how important good customer service is it can actually make or break a customer's day.nTHANK YOU CRYSTAL!
