Awesome spot! Replaced Silo but run by the same people. It has plenty of outdoor seating for Covid, and gas heaters to keep you warm. Food is classic beer hall style, the pretzel was great! And the beer selection is nice, they offer a flight that includes each one on the menu!

The chicken schnitzel sandwich was amazing. It's every bit as good as I remember the schnitzel in Frankfurt. The caramelized onions really set it off. Happy this place opened on the block.

I am German and I would really like there to be a good German restaurant in DC but this is not it. I am being generous with 3 stars. The beer selection is mediocre as well unfortunately....

Great food and selection of German beer. Has outdoor seating with heat lamps.

Had a reservation and visited with some friends. We had a great experience: quick friendly service, hot whiskey apple cider, cold beer. We will be back!
