Great smoothie experience. The staff were very nice! Recommended!
Every Tropical Smoothie honors this but not this one apparently. However the associates don’t know and looked confused and just guessed. I’ve been to multiple Tropical Smoothies in the DMV area and this is the only one that doesn’t?
I'll start by saying I order Tropical Smoothie all the time, and typically I'm happy with the order with only the occasional mix-up. Unfortunately, the past 4 times I've ordered there have been wrong and missing items. Today I got an order that was missing both smoothies. Because I ordered via their website, I have to call the store to get my money back. I've called like 10 times over the past hour and nobody has picked up the phone once.nWhile trying to get a refund, however, I also noticed that the items I typically get were more than what I've been used to. Ordering through the website each item is over a dollar more than they are on other apps and in-store, in addition to the delivery fee, service fee, and tax. I usually love the food here but I'm so beyond frustrated with the service and lack of attention to online orders.
Tropical Cafe uses fresh, fruits and vegetables in their menu items. I love the Blimey Limey. It has pineapple, strawberries, lime and other fresh ingredients without a lot of added sugar.My son turned me on to them. They have breakfast, lunch and dinner items. On a hot day like today it's good to gave a smoothie of your choice.
Just had a root canal done so I wanted something to eat so I got an smoothie, that's why I was there. Never been there before granddaughter took me there.
