I appreciate the services of this facility. They are efficient and communicate very well with not only each other, but the customers as well. I went in for a tire rotation and oil change, which is real basic and fast, but when I recommend my mother for her car, they not only squeeze her in to get 4 new tires, hers where getting really bad, FYI they held for her, but and enlightened that was need as well. I couldn’t be more grateful how friendly they treated my mother and how quickly they got her back on the road. Thank you again!

Stopped by this morning mid way through a road trip after discovering a nail in one of my tires. Lucas greeted us before they were even open, got us in first, took the nail out but then explained that it wasn’t the reason the tire sensor was on - just had a bad tire sensor. They were quick and friendly. Very thankful for their time!

My wife and I were on vacation and had stopped for gas when I noticed that I had a large nail in my tire. We googled tire service's near us and it took us to this location. I had just bought my truck two weeks prior to leaving for vacation. It did not have a lug nut socket with it. The gentleman that helped me not only gave me the socket to fit my lug nuts he also removed the large nail and made sure that my tire was not leaking before wishing us safe travels. He never charged us a dime and didn't expect it we tried to pay him several times and he just kept refusing. Customer service like this does not happen often anymore and it was such a welcome gesture. It was all my wife and I could talk about for the rest of the day. Thank you big o tire in Las Vegas, NM.

Fantastic honesty and quality of service! We took our daily driver in for tires and suspension work, and were amazed that the final total was less than the initial quote. The mechanics didn't need all the parts they ordered for the repairs, and so we were only charged for what was used. Duly impressed, we took our second car in for inspection (the hardest-working 25 year-old Subaru in existence), and the mechanics reported that nothing needed doing. They definitely have all my business from now on.

I recently visited your store in Las Vegas, New Mexico, and the treatment I received exceeded my expectations. In the midst of my travels, I had to visit your store due to a faulty tire and your guys were absolutely amazing. After I left that morning, I was thinking about the way that I was treated from the time I arrived until I left. I actually felt like I was your little sister because you treated me like I was a part of your family.
