Very professional, very knowledgeable. Completed the repairs we needed quickly. Came in after hours and on the weekend to help us as we were traveling. I am very appreciative. Also the final bill was much less than expected. I would highly recommend this shop.
Had to change to 1 star... Worst place I've ever dealt with. They're obviously getting too old to be doing transmissions. Simple BASIC things are always left loose or put wrong. I have had so many problems with this location i cant even name everything! They only seem to take care of the travelers because once they leave out if state, they can just get it fixed at another location and he wont have to deal with them again.. Would never recommend.. They will burn you!
I've been a customer of Manuel and Steve Montano since 2002. Always courteous, professional and they keep the most up to date equipment and technology to service our family's vehicles. OH, this place is clean and is a Covid SAFE Environment! I watch their sign for great oil change deals...5 Stars!
My pickup broke down in Las Vegas. We blew a sparkplug. We were out of towners and they tried to rip us off. They tried to charge me over $1000. My usual mechanic called them and questioned their charges. They made excuses, said some things were wrongly added to the estimate, and couldn't justify the charges. I took my truck to another repair shop in Las Vegas and they charged me $200 and I am extremely happy with that company. Don't trust All Terrain!
Emergency RV repair, excellent diagnostics and service!
We came in needed to figure out a loss of power and stall headed south on I-25. Manny and staff did detailed diagnostics so we were not just "throwing parts" at the problem. Found specific issue with fuel filter.
Large bays for RVs. Good communication throughout the day on repair status and troubleshooting.
