I live in Long Island New York and I went here to pray and mash Allah VERY Pretty masjid

I been there in 2019 and I meet one african imam and he was great.nThis guy took me as his son and he gave me beautiful winter shirt.I am busy right now but I Will take flight back one day to DC and meet this imam

mashaAllah this is one of my favorite masjids. It's architecture is very beautiful and looks more like the Masajid's that you would find in Muslim countries. I've been attending juma'a salat for few years here and few eid salats. One of the oldest Masjids in America, yet it's been kept in good shape Alhamduli'Allah.

It's nice for America to have a mosque dedicated to American Muslims and Muslim immigrants fleeing wars

I loved my visit here. I was able to make Jummah prayer here on several different trips to the area. There was plenty of room and after the prayer to my surprise, in another area of the building, everyone was fed, no one was left out unless they wanted to be.nParking was testy but I was always able to find a parking spot within three blocks. Jummah was always on time and not to long.
