Food was fine.. however their posted hours say they are open till 2am but it turns out you can't place a carryout order after 11pm. You can however call and place an order for delivery and have them just delivery it outside their door.
We placed an order for two medium, 2-topping pizzas at noon. Standard, easy. An hour and a half later and 30 minutes on hold, no pizza and no answer. Three hours after ordering finally get a call from the manager(maybe) asking if we still want the pizzas.nnWHAT! NO! Give me my money.nnShould be zero stars. Don't order here.
I didn't apply my coupon code while placing order for large pizza. Arrived at store. Advised need to apply coupon online. Keep in mind. Coupon was for medium. He was generous to allow me to utilize medium coupon for large. Awesome experience!
This rating is for delivery. With the exception of rainy days, Domino's is the best game in downtown DC for cheap, fast, and delicious carbs. While it may not be amazing food and there's certainly better pizza in the downtown DC area, you can't beat $11.98 (before taxes, fees & tip, mind you) for two decent-quality medium pizzas. I took a star off because this franchise location has frequently forgotten my soda orders - so much so that I haven't ordered soda from them in the last few years (maybe they improved - who knows). Also, a shout-out to the cinnamon sticks. While they pale in comparison to many cinnamon-based sweets, they are, however, perfect for when I'm in a ravenous, yet torpid mood.
