Really disappointed in this location. Ordered a sandwich for delivery, explicitly requesting extra Dijon mustard, amongst other “extra freebies.” When it arrived, there was no Dijon. Simple mistake. I called and requested a remake. After passing around the phone three times and denying they even processed my order, the staffer miraculously found my order and proceeded to explain to me the meaning of “EZ” and “Extra”. She even asked the person who made the sandwich who stated she honored the special requests. When I asked how “extra Dijon” results in no Dijon whatsoever, she finally agreed to send a new sandwich. The new sandwich was correct. The delivery was fast and the courier was friendly and apologetic. It shouldn’t be this difficult to get a correct sandwich.

So I walked into this establishment looking for something different. What I walked into was a young lady on her phone slacking! Bad bad bad! Customer service. I opened my mouth to say my order and then she walked away for the other person to take my order. No respect so I walked out. Gone are the days where we walk into an establishment and get disrespected! In these times you have to treat each dollar like its your last. I will be calling the manager to post a complaint. Never have I felt so disrespected by a person who should ultimately want my dollars my hard earned dollars. Thank you but no thank you. Because of this you have lost a good customer.nnP.S higher better people

Needed a break from cooking in the kitchen and decided to order delivery for dinner - got the #10 Hunters Club (added onion, Jimmy Peppers, Jimmy Mustard) and the #12 Beach Club (added Jimmy Peppers and light oil/vinegar). Both subs were delicious and delivery time was less than 25 minutes.

Great location in WDC, right next to hotel and shopping enters. Delectable food. Variety of options makes for an outstanding meal. Staff was very attentive and made sure they got my order right. Would recommend.

Fast, reliable. Sandwiches I have tried so far were good
